The latest N-Type TOPCon technology provides lower temperature coefficients and higher conversion efficiency, resulting in greater energy yield.
 

With their glass-glass structure, half-cut cell design, and PID/LID-resistant cell technology, these panels ensure durability and long-term performance. They maintain stable energy generation even under low-irradiance conditions, reducing the return-on-investment period.
 

In addition, the modules are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty of up to 30 years, offering long-term reliability and investment confidence.

2. Inverters

Smart and Uninterrupted Power Conversion

Inverters convert the direct current (DC) generated by solar panels into alternating current (AC) suitable for grid or facility use, effectively serving as the “heart” of the system. High efficiency, multiple MPPT tracking, advanced communication, and protection features directly influence overall performance.

Dev Marmara integrates both string and central inverter solutions, supported by remote monitoring and SCADA integration for real-time system tracking. Full grid compliance, low harmonic distortion, and long warranty periods make these devices reliable and efficient choices for all scales of PV installations.

Depending on the project requirements, on-grid (grid-tied) inverters are used to synchronize production with the utility network, enabling energy export and self-consumption optimization. In off-grid or hybrid systems, stand-alone invertersoperate independently, providing power through integrated battery storage or backup generators — ensuring uninterrupted supply even in remote areas.

3. Mounting and Structural Systems

Safe, Durable, and Tailor-made for Each Roof Type

Mounting and support systems secure solar panels safely on rooftops, ground surfaces, or carports, forming the foundation of a durable installation. Using aluminum and galvanized steel profiles ensures high resistance to wind and snow loads.


Dev Marmara conducts project-specific engineering studies to select optimal mounting systems and connection details, considering static analysis, waterproofing compatibility, and maintenance accessibility.

For flat roof applications, ballast-type or low-tilt structures are designed to minimize roof load and optimize energy yield without penetrating the surface. In membrane roof systems, special non-invasive mounting methods and compatible clamps are used to ensure watertight integrity and preserve the roofing warranty. This approach guarantees a safe, long-lasting, and visually consistent solar infrastructure.

4. Solar Cables and Components

Reliable Transmission, Minimum Loss, Maximum Safety

For energy transmission in PV systems, H1Z2Z2-K solar cables are employed. These cables provide high temperature resistance and excellent UV and ozone protection, ensuring long-term reliability in outdoor conditions. Their double insulation, flame-retardant, and halogen-free composition enhances fire safety and minimizes power losses.

 

On the alternating current side, Dev Marmara prefer N2XH-type AC power cables. These halogen-free, low-smoke cables offer high dielectric strength and extended service life, making them a safe and efficient choice for building and industrial applications.

All connection components — including MC4 connectors, DC combiner boxes, fuses, breakers, grounding, and lightning protection systems — are selected in compliance with relevant standards to ensure performance and long-term reliability.

5. AC Boards and Power Distribution

Secure, Controlled, and Integrated Power Management

AC boards manage power distribution, protection, and monitoring functions within the electrical infrastructure of solar power systems. They include switchgear, measuring instruments, protection relays, and automation components that ensure safe energy flow and full grid compliance.


Dev Marmara designs project-specific configurations — including AC/DC distribution boards, medium-voltage switchgear, and metering systems — to provide efficient and reliable operation.
